2. Data we collect

• Account: name, email address and the roles and teams the club assigns to you.
• Player profile: profile photo, federation profile link and answers to club questions.
• Content you upload: photos, videos, posts and notices.
• Technical data needed to keep you signed in securely.

3. Who can see it

• Profile photo and player profile: signed-in club members only.
• Private player answers (for example availability): only you, club admins and your team captains.
• Uploads: the audience you choose — public, all members, or your team.
• Match results may be public; line-ups are visible to signed-in members.

4. Why we use it

To run the club: organising teams, matches and communication between members. We do not sell your data.

5. Social networks

Approved public gallery items may be posted on the club's social networks. Private or members-only items are never shared.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from "My area"; your profile, uploads and assignments are then erased permanently.

7. Your rights
